Cocktail tables are usually rented in sets of four to twelve depending on guest count. For receptions, the rule of thumb is one cocktail table per 8 to 12 guests during cocktail hour. We deliver, set up the linens if ordered, and pick up the same evening or the next morning depending on your event timing.

How much does cocktail table rental cost?
Pricing depends on size and add-ons. Wedding tents range from about $200 for a 10x10 to $800-plus for a 20x40 with weather staking. Bounce houses start at $175 including delivery and setup. Cocktail tables are $15 each, $20 with linen. Free quotes within the hour by phone at (949) 371-9792.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the rental rate for orders inside our South Orange County service area (Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Trabuco Canyon, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Irvine).
How far in advance should I reserve?
For weekend events in spring and summer (April through September), reserve 2-3 weeks in advance. Wedding tents and themed bounce houses book out earliest. Weekday orders and off-season dates usually need only a few days notice.
What if my event is rained out?
We monitor the forecast and will work with you on rescheduling or partial credit. Tent setups include weather staking. Contact us as early as possible on event day if weather changes.
Do you serve cities beyond Mission Viejo?
Yes. Our standard service area covers Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Trabuco Canyon, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, and Irvine. Delivery to cities outside this footprint is available with a delivery fee added; call us with your address to check.
