Ladera Ranch is a family-oriented planned community of about 26,000 between Rancho Santa Margarita and San Juan Capistrano. We deliver into Avendale, Covenant Hills, Wycliffe, Caspian, Terramor, and the central Ladera Ranch core near the Mercantile West shopping district.

Most Ladera Ranch bookings are for backyard birthdays for kids, swim team parties, family barbecues, neighborhood block parties, HOA-organized events. We bring the inventory that fits each of these event types out of our Mission Viejo warehouse.

Do you deliver to Ladera Ranch?

Yes. Ladera Ranch is a 12 minute drive from the warehouse. Same-day delivery is the default on most weekday orders confirmed before noon. Weekend orders should be reserved a few days in advance.

What does Ladera Ranch party rental delivery include?

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the rental rate for orders inside our standard service area. We bring the tables, chairs, tents, or bounce houses to your address, set them up where you want them, and pick them up at the end of the rental period.

How much does a party rental in Ladera Ranch cost?

Tables start at $12 each. Folding chairs start at $2.50 each. Tents start at around $200 for a 10x10 and scale up to $800-plus for a 20x40 wedding tent. Bounce houses start at $175. Most full backyard party packages for 30-50 guests land between $300 and $700 depending on the mix.

What if my Ladera Ranch event is rained out?

We monitor the forecast and will work with you on rescheduling or partial credit. Tent setups include weather staking. For unexpected weather on event day, contact us as early as possible so we can plan around it.

How far in advance should I reserve for Ladera Ranch?

For weekend events in spring and summer, reserve 2-3 weeks in advance. For weekday events or off-season dates, a few days notice is usually enough. Themed bounce houses and the larger wedding tents book out fastest.
