About this service

Trabuco Canyon is a rural and semi-rural community of about 5,000 in the foothills east of Rancho Santa Margarita. We deliver into the Trabuco Highlands, Robinson Ranch, Wagon Wheel, and the more rural Trabuco Canyon proper along Trabuco Creek Road.

Most Trabuco Canyon bookings are for rustic outdoor weddings, ranch-style birthdays, large family reunions, charity events, ranch-property anniversary parties. We bring the inventory that fits each of these event types out of our Mission Viejo warehouse.

Yes. Trabuco Canyon is a 18 minute drive from the warehouse. Same-day delivery is the default on most weekday orders confirmed before noon. Weekend orders should be reserved a few days in advance.

What does Trabuco Canyon party rental delivery include?

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the rental rate for orders inside our standard service area. We bring the tables, chairs, tents, or bounce houses to your address, set them up where you want them, and pick them up at the end of the rental period.

How much does a party rental in Trabuco Canyon cost?

Tables start at $12 each. Folding chairs start at $2.50 each. Tents start at around $200 for a 10x10 and scale up to $800-plus for a 20x40 wedding tent. Bounce houses start at $175. Most full backyard party packages for 30-50 guests land between $300 and $700 depending on the mix.

We monitor the forecast and will work with you on rescheduling or partial credit. Tent setups include weather staking. For unexpected weather on event day, contact us as early as possible so we can plan around it.
