The ceremony arch is the one thing every photo frames, so it is worth getting right. We deliver the arch, anchor it safely for your ceremony surface (grass, patio, sand, or pavers), dress it with any drape or greenery you ordered, and come back to take it down after the send-off. Delivery, setup, and takedown are included inside our South Orange County service area.
Most couples pair the arch with a few other rentals — cocktail tables for the reception, string lighting for the evening, or a tent if the ceremony and reception share a backyard. Tell us the full picture and we will quote the whole setup at once.

How much does wedding arch rental cost?
Most wedding arches rent for $75 to $200 depending on the style and whether you add drape, florals, or uplighting. A bare metal or wooden arch is at the low end; a draped arch with greenery is at the high end. Delivery and setup are included inside our South Orange County service area. Do you set up the arch at the ceremony site?
Yes. We deliver the arch, anchor it safely for the ceremony location (grass, patio, sand, or pavers), add any drape or florals you ordered, and return to take it down after. Setup and takedown are included in the rental for orders inside our service area.
What arch styles do you rent?
We rent round and moon arches, hexagon and heptagon arches, square frame arches, triangle arches, and copper arches. White, black, gold, and natural wood finishes are available. Most can be left bare for a minimalist look or dressed with fabric drape and greenery.
Can you add drape, flowers, or lighting?
Yes. Fabric drape in white, ivory, terra, and sage, plus greenery garlands and battery uplighting, are available add-ons. We can also coordinate with your florist if you are sourcing fresh flowers separately.
How far in advance should I reserve a wedding arch?
For weekend weddings in spring through fall (the South OC wedding season), reserve 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Popular styles like the round and hexagon arches book out first for Saturday dates. Weekday and off-season ceremonies usually need only a few days notice.
