About this service

Tent delivery includes site walk, setup, weather staking, and takedown the morning after. We coordinate with caterers, florists, and rental partners on timing. We know the venue rules at the more common South OC wedding sites and the HOA setup rules in the planned communities.

How far in advance should I reserve?

For weekend events in spring and summer (April through September), reserve 2-3 weeks in advance. Wedding tents and themed bounce houses book out earliest. Weekday orders and off-season dates usually need only a few days notice.

What if my event is rained out?

We monitor the forecast and will work with you on rescheduling or partial credit. Tent setups include weather staking. Contact us as early as possible on event day if weather changes.

Do you serve cities beyond Mission Viejo?

Yes. Our standard service area covers Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Trabuco Canyon, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, and Irvine.
